FAILURE TO PROTECT

Logan Marr and her younger sister, Bailey, were taken from their mother, Christy. Christy was never charged with abuse
or neglect, nor with any other crime against her daughters. However, the girls were stolen and placed with Sally
Schofield. In January 2001, five-year-old Logan Marr was found dead in the basement of her foster mother’s home in
Chelsea, Maine. The foster mother, Sally Schofield, at the time was a  caseworker for Maine’s Department of Human
Services. Also a Closet Bisexual who would have Bondage S&M sex with lesbian co-workers. Since Gays can not have
children, across America there is a growing high number of Gays in DHS and Family Courts that use their position to

Sally Ann Schofield got 20 years, and it wouldn't have been wrong to give her 20 more. The former Department of Human
Services employee Gagged and tied up 5-year-old Logan Marr in a basement, binding her  with duct tape to a high Chair.
Sally said she suffocated and then while trying to get air she  kicked until the high chair she was duct taped to fell
backward and she crushed the back of her skull and Died. Sally Schofield, found guilty of only manslaughter in the
death, was sentenced to 28 years, with eight suspended, by Justice Thomas Delahanty. Yet  Judge Thomas Delahanty is know
for giving teenagers 20 year sentences for just getting caught with cocaine on their second offence.

In Bangor Maine  U.S. Magistrate Judge Margaret J. Kravchuk has recommended dismissal of a civil suit filed by the
Christy. U.S. Magistrate Judge Margaret J. Kravchuk cites the state's immunity against such prosecutions in her
recommendation regarding a November 2001 lawsuit filed by Christy Marr against the state Department of Human Services,
its commissioner and others. Even though Christy never had reports of abuse and they though she was not  that smart so
they could get away with stealing both her Children.The decision to throw out the lawsuit was reviewed by another
federal judge in Portland before it became final. The procedure was considered just a formality, rendering Kravchuk's
recommendation virtually final.
