Description
That "other one" that is available is a bloated 50MB with no search.
It was used to create this, with bitmap fonts except on pages with
pictures. While the original's quality isn't perfect and degraded
a little more when bitmapped, it is still perfectly readable, an
acceptable tradeoff for 5x faster loading. Of course you own this
book (like I do) - if not, you shouldn't download this - but now you
can have a handy one-line reference with no more constant thumbing
through pages to find what you need.
